Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@satelliteradio.website with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer, as well as clearance items marked final sale, are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After We Receive Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
