This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for orders placed with 1800 XM Radio. Please read it alongside our Return Policy.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return conditions, and for orders that are cancelled before shipment. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, for example for items returned with missing accessories or signs of use beyond inspection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card company. If you still need help, contact us at contact@satelliteradio.website.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
